I like your color choice. The colors for your characters go nicely with your background (cool pic)! The biggest thing I noticed was the fact the line art is a little messy. That is the most noticeable issue, for me. I'm not the best at anatomy but I think you've got that down. I don't know if you have seen this artist's work on Youtube but I absolutely love watching this person work:

I have learned a lot from watching alone! Plus they have a deviant art channel under the same name (go check out their work).

I have been having the exact same issue with my line art. Either it is too messy or too noticeable. Those videos helped me learn how to work with them and not fight against them.

Again, I still like this piece. Oh, and Happy New Year! I'm looking forward to what else you put forth.
